names like Pagoo. She is an award winning contributor to many project teams and an excellent writer, stratigist and
project manager. She is a creative multitasker and has her first cookbook coming out in the Spring of 2014.

Tracy brings over twenty years of construction management experience to our team, with an emphasis on profitability management and business
development. He spent ten years in an administrative, operational and project management capacity for an international
construction and engineering firm where division's field site was recognized as the most profitable and largest revenue producing
of all locations during his tenure. The last fifteen years he spent steering the strategic growth of two structural
concrete subcontractors, more than doubling revenue.
